Testimonials

"Ben led our district through an intense and productive strategic planning process. He helped facilitate sessions with parents, students, staff members, and the board. In each instance, he was able to get the best out of our people and in the end helped create a powerful five-year strategic plan for our district."

— Matt Mingle, Superintendent of Warren Township Schools

“Ben coached two of our principals during the year. From the moment we engaged him, we were able to see a change in both schools. His deep knowledge of pedagogy, as well as staff development and general amicable way of engaging our leaders, made Ben the perfect coach for our new high school principals.”

— Alexis Goldberg, Managing Director of School Support, Urban Assembly

“Over the last four years, Ben has helped me become a much better leader. Since I am both the principal and executive director of a charter school, he has not only helped me be a better school leader but also a better non-profit director. Thank you Ben for all your work.”

— Connie Lobdell, Principal and Executive Director of Mott Hall Charter School
